The 17th season of Bigg Boss has become a trending topic on social media, just days after its premiere. A week into the show and the makers have welcomed Manasvi Mamgai and Samarth Jurel as wild card contestants. Now, amid reports that the reality show will be going through mass evictions to bring in new wild card contestants, names of the celebrities approached by the makers to enter the show is doing rounds.
As per a report by Bollywood Life, the list of the wild card contestants for the reality show is out now. The makers of the show have approached actress Tassnim Nerurkar, who essayed the role of Rakhi Dave in Rupali Ganguly-Gaurav Khanna starrer Anupamaa. Poonam Pandey, who opened up about her abusive marriage with ex-husband Sam Bombay in Kangana Ranaut’s Lock Upp season 1, will also be reportedly entering the show. The entertainment portal further reports that the makers have also approached Shekhar Suman's son, actor Adhyayan Suman, OTT actress Flora Saini, social media star Bhavin Bhanushali, and Bangladeshi cricketer Jahanara Alam to be a part of the show. It will be interesting to see how the show will progress further if these celebrities enter the show as wild card contestants. It is also reported that estranged couple Rakhi Sawant and Adil Khan Durrani might also enter the show. Hosted by Salman Khan, this time the Bigg Boss 17 house is divided into 3 sections - Dil (heart), Dimaag (intelligence) and Dum (strength). Contestants have been put in different rooms. Isha Malviya, Mannara Chopra, Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain, Aishwarya Sharma, Neil Bhatt, Anurag Dobhal aka UK07 Rider, Samarth Jurel, Arun Mashettey, Jigna Vora, Soniya Bansal, Sana Raees Khan, Munawar Faruqui, Abhishek Kumar, Tehelka aka Sunny Arya, Rinku Dhawan and Firoza Khan aka Khanzaadi are the contestants of the current season. Navid Sole was evicted by the contestants from the house in the recent episode, due to language barrier.
